We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Icarya Retail Pvt. Ltd.. If you are not entirely happy with your inflatable pool or accessory, we're here to help.

1. The 7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. No returns are permitted on opened or inflated products unless a verified manufacturing defect is present. Photographic evidence is strictly required before authorizing any returns.

2. Defective Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a slow leak straight out of the box), please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective goods.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Netbanking, etc.). You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

4. Shipping Your Return

Unless the item is defective, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
